    USMLE Step 3 CCS stands for Computer-based Case Simulations. It is a compulsory part of the USMLE Step 3 exams. The CCS are designed to evaluate your ability to diagnose, treat, and monitor simulated patients in an interactive setting. The second day of Step 3 will feature 13 computer-based case simulations, each with a maximum allotted time of somewhere between 10-20 minutes.
